SHIPPING COSTS

*Free shipping from €200 within the European Union.

Spain: €5.95

Europe: €7.95

Rest of the world: €14.95

Remember that ZHANNAONA garments are out of stock. We believe in a more sustainable consumption system: therefore, as soon as you place your order, we will start working so that your order is ready in 4 business days. Once the delivery time has been made, it will depend on the carrier, which is usually between 2 and 5 days. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination location. We also have free shipping costs depending on the amount of the order and the place of delivery. You have this information automatically when placing the order, always before making the payment.

Do you ship to other parts of the world? No problem. Contact us at hello@zhannaona.com and we will give you all the information you need before placing your order.

Exceptions: Delivery times may be affected by holidays in Spain, strikes, specific weather conditions or during sales.

 

DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Recipients of shipments outside the EU are responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes and other charges.

ZHANNAONA has no control over these charges. We are unable to provide any information on how much it would cost as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Please check your local laws and regulations regarding importation before purchasing. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering, so you won't be surprised by charges you didn't expect.

 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Underwear and swimsuits (pants) cannot be exchanged or returned. Changes or returns will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or that due to an error the item you have received is different from the one you ordered. Clothes and accessories can be changed free of charge. For the second change in the same order shipping fees will apply.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@zhannaona.com.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) AND SHIPPING

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or return your product, send us an email to hello@zhannaona.com and send us your item to: ZHANNA DYMCHENKO, C / Joaquin Costa 48, 3-2, Escalera Interior, 08001, Barcelona (Spain).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
