Remember that Zhannaona garments are out of stock. We believe in a more sustainable consumption system: therefore, as soon as you place your order, we will get started so that your order is ready in 4 working days. Once made, the delivery time will depend on the transport provider, which will usually be between 2 and 5 days. The shipping costs vary according to the destination location. We also have free shipping costs depending on the amount of the order and the place of delivery. You have this information automatically when placing the order, always before making the payment.

Exceptions: Delivery periods may be affected by Spanish holidays, strikes, specific weather situations or during sales.
Delivery to countries outside the EU
Recipients of shipments outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.
ZHANNAONA has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please check the local laws and regulations regarding import before buying. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before to order, hereby you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Underwear and swimwear (bottoms) cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the cases of manufacturing defects or that by some error the item you have received is different from the one you ordered. Garments and accessories can be exchanged for free. For the second change in the same order, shipping rates will be applied.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) and shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CARE OF GARMENTS
Long do live your black and painted ZO garments!
Most of the ZO garments are in shades of black because we believe in the elegance of a monochromatic world as a canvas to color with other garments and accessories. We have included care instructions for your ZO black color range and patterns made with acrylic paint:
- Use liquid detergent that is less aggressive for clothes and, if possible, that is specific for dark colored garments.
- Always wash your black garments inside out, so that friction does not spoil them during washing.
- Add a little white vinegar to the washing machine. It will help to better preserve the color of your garments.
- Dry your black clothes in the shade to avoid bleaching by the sun.
- Always wash them at a maximum of 30 degrees and with mild soap.

As part of the ZO aesthetic, many of the garments have open hems. To take care of them and keep them in good condition:
- remove the threads with scissors as they appear. In this way you will ensure that the viscose does not run and let more threads out.
