SPAIN AND PORTUGAL delivery in 5 working days *

At Zhannaona we work to order and we start making your garments 24 hours after you have placed your order. From that moment you can count 5 working days for your order to be delivered within Spain and Portugal.

For international orders you can contact us through info@zhannaona.com and we will tell you if we cover your area, the shipping costs and how you have to proceed to be able to acquire our garments.

Exceptionally on holidays, strikes, specific weather conditions or sales, delivery periods may be affected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Changes

Underwear or swimwear

Underwear or swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned. We will only accept exchanges or returns if the item has a manufacturing defect or if we have mistakenly sent you an item that is different from the one you ordered.

Clothes and accessories free change

You can change the other items as long as it is a change for another size.

In this case, send us an email to info@zhannaona.com requesting the size change and indicating your name, the order reference, the item you want to change and the size you need. We will send a carrier to the same address where the package was sent with the new size. Once the carrier arrives, you will have to give him the product you want to exchange at that very moment so that he can bring it back to us. Only a first change will run on our part.

In case you want to change the item again, you will have to process it as a return. You will have to send us the item and make the purchase of what you want again. In this case the transport costs are your responsibility.

You can use the transport company you prefer. Remember that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We will not be responsible for loss or theft during transportation.

Once it arrives and we verify that the garments are in the same conditions in which we sent them to you, with their original packaging, unused and with the labels, we will proceed to refund the amount of your return within a maximum period of 15 working days. . The refund of the amount will be made in the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

Returns of garments and accessories

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not worry, we will accept the return as long as you send it to us within a maximum period of 15 working days from when you receive the package.

To process the return send an email to info@zhannaona.com indicating your name, the reason for your return and the order reference.

The items must be in the same conditions in which we sent them to you, with their original packaging, unused and with the label. Remember that in this case the shipping costs are on your own.

You can use the transport company you prefer. Remember that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We will not be responsible for loss or theft during transportation.

Once we receive the package, we will notify you of its receipt and proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 working days. The refund of the amount will be made in the same payment method with which you made the purchase.  

Important: If the garments do not reach us in the conditions listed above, we will proceed to return the package and we will not proceed to refund the amount of the order.

This payment method allows you to buy with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. The charge is made at the moment and is done through the platform of insurance payment xxxxxx.
