SHIPPING POLICY
At ZHANNAONA, every order is prepared with the same care and attention that we dedicate to designing and crafting our garments in Barcelona.
We keep a small selection of pieces ready to ship. However, some garments are produced in limited batches or prepared specifically for each order as part of our commitment to responsible production and to avoiding mass manufacturing.
ORDER PREPARATION
When the requested garment is available in stock, we will prepare your order for shipment as soon as possible.
If the item is not available at the time of purchase, we will contact you personally to inform you of the estimated production time.
If you provide your telephone number during checkout, we may keep you updated via WhatsApp regarding the preparation and status of your order.
In most cases, order preparation takes no longer than 4 business days before dispatch. Should we exceptionally require additional time, we will notify you personally.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
- Spain: 2–5 business days.
- European Union & Andorra: 3–5 business days.
- Americas: 5–8 business days.
- Asia: 5–8 business days.
- Rest of the World: 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the moment your order is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery may be affected by public holidays, peak shopping periods, strikes, logistics disruptions, customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of ZHANNAONA.
Whenever possible, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

The final shipping cost will always be displayed automatically during checkout before payment is confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to Spain, Andorra, the European Union and many international destinations.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.
These costs:
- Are not included in the price of the garments.
- Are not included in the shipping charges.
- Must be paid by the recipient.
ZHANNAONA has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance, as customs regulations and import taxes vary from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order to obtain information about any applicable import charges.
Any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures are beyond the control of ZHANNAONA and may extend the estimated delivery time.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Before completing your purchase, we recommend checking:
- Recipient's full name.
- Street address.
- Building number, apartment or unit.
- Postal code.
- City and country.
- Contact telephone number.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if any issue arises during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and find the most appropriate solution.
