Our Story

ZHANNAONA is an avant-garde designer fashion brand founded in 2019 in Barcelona by Ukrainian artist Zhanna Dymchenko. Inspired by her extensive experience in electronic music, poetry, and performance, Zhanna has taken her art beyond sound to fuse it with fashion. ZHANNAONA creates genderless, comfortable, and transformable clothing, breaking with conventional fashion and celebrating body diversity and freedom of expression.

From the beginning, the brand has been deeply connected to inclusive design and sustainability, creating handcrafted garments through Zero Waste processes in Barcelona, where every piece is unique. All our garments are handcrafted by Ukrainian refugee women, bringing not only a profound social dimension but also a commitment to local commerce and empowerment.
